Hi,
My application has a logon screen and I save passwords as is into a table field. I think it is not right because if u open the table in VFP, u can see the exact passwords.
I wonder whether there is any way to encode/decode a password using builtin VFP(or win32 api call).
1) Whenever password is changed, I want to encode it and save it to table field.

2) How to check the enetered password?

I think this might be a standard problem with any VFP application that someone might have a solution.
Please forward me ur solution.
