I start VFP from a shortcut on my desktop, so it always starts from its home folder. There are no Config.fpw in that folder or even in the application folder. I do use a INI associated to the application but it only holds a application setting but nothing to do with Fox itself.

I changed the path location to the files in question to the virtual folders and moved copies of the files there. So far I have not seen any problems. But time will tell.
