S'alright for you, living in the land of eternal sun. Mind you, it would keep the cars out of trhe city, to avoid the smog, which would stop the batteries from charging, but the smog wouldn't be there cos they're elec cars, so ... erm ... anyway - means here up in the North Sea our cars would operate for only a few hours in the Winter, and for longer in the Summer
