As I understood it, at least one did try to contact them, but received no response. I guess we could hack into their email account and verify that so - oh, wait. That's how this whole thing got started...

>Wow, not much to comment on this time. :)

>Okay, one observation/perception then: There have indeed been many moments that important other MVPs were asked to jump in and promissed they'd try to intervene. Others, involved and/or committed, then decided to give them a break, hoping that the silent diplomacy would indeed help. I have come to the conclusion that these other MVPs have not been able to 'stop' AK and MA. Three possibilities here:
>
>1) AK and MA are not sensitive to reasonable requests.
>2) The other MVPs have not tried hard enough.
>3) The other MVPs agree with AK and MA, and others don't mind at all.

>>Thanks, Bonnie.

>>Well, I think that all the protagonists would satisfy the "impact" clause. ;-)
>>
>>We might as well be realistic. There is a fox-gang and they do stick together, and have done for well over a decade in most cases. Concepts like "loyalty" and friendship will overwhelm any sense of justice towards the upstart, especially if it can all be kept secret.
>>
>>Which is why I've not seen a single VFP MVP issue a directed comment on this matter, though I understand that the usual "secret dealings on our behalf" have been conducted with content that would disappoint many here. Where VFP MVPs have commented publicly, it's been a neutral "both parties are at fault" skirting around the actual topic, or nit-picks about the motives or presentation of various posters. The only directed MVP public commentary has come from the dark side. ;-) I prefer the politics on your side of the divide.
>>
>>A conspiracy theorist might declare that if MS wanted to push people away from VFP, undermining the community is a brilliant strategy. Perhaps the Ks will receive an extra-special "community" reward this year. ;-)
