Following John's statement, look at a site such as the UT, look at the level of questions, the type of questions, etc. Then look at the forums on a site such as codeproject.com.
Also, any new technology MS has to offer typically involves dotnet in some fashion.
And finally, I've tried to hire VFP people in the last year and it's extremely difficult, if not impossible to find anyone.
