I don't condone what MA and AK have done here.

But

1. I discussed this with someone outside the computing world and their take was that the hijacking of someone elses signon was completely unacceptable and that, to quote "sh*t attract sh*t" . That wasn't referring to the people but to the actions . So harrying MA and AK would be carrying on that sort of sh*t.

2. I would guess that a reasonable employer on receiving an unsolicited letter like this about an employee they where happy with would check the facts. If they thought it was a problem they would issue some sort of direction/warning. If that direction / warning was ignored then they would take other action. Soeither they are a bad employer or there was a problem.
