In our contracts, we require that our users use one UPS per PC, AND that the batteries are changed at least every year. Even if they use Terminal Server, we require a UPS. Better late than sorry, you know. Plus a UPS today is far cheaper than most people think. And after a short power outage, the customers are grateful to us.
