This message has been marked as the solution to the initial question of the thread.
>Hi All,
>
>I have a grid that I have looking like a Listbox. But, when I requery the data and put it into the standing cursor for the grid, locate the correct record and refresh, the grid hops the selected record to the top line of the grid-visible, with a scroll bar visible.
>
>I need it to not scroll up like that, just stay within the bonders of the grid if the list does not reach all the way to the bottom of the grid. I hope this makes sense.
>
>Does anyone know if there is a way to do this?

While you're in the grid, you can find out what RelativeRow you're on and use DoScroll to move it back to where you want to see it.

>Or do I just shoot the users? >:)

Probably the ultimate way to eliminate more than one future problem/request. <bg>
