The latest VFP9 SP2 version is 9.0.00.5815. Installation package name is VFP9_sp2.exe. AFIAK, only splash screen has been fixed in it compare to original SP2 release. You can get it at the same link when you got original one (VFP9SP2.exe) - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=a28ddec6-ba3c-49d0-8176-8c0b3fca06d1. You'll have to uninstall and reinstall VFP9 before applying SP2.
