I said the same thing on the meeting we had last Wednesday and the programmer laugh on my face, he said: you can bypass this with code. This particular insurance company "just married" with a Clearinghouse that is trying to push their own billing system and making the life of the vendors very difficult (they want to take us out of the market we been for more than 20 years) so its not going to be easy but I need to do it for my clients.
