I saw the end of the Steelers-Browns game while doing one of those "some assembly required" projects and agree completely about the foolish challenge. They sure could have used those two timeouts at the end.

We didn't get the Cowboys-Giants game here, unfortunately, since the Bears played at the same time. Man, was that an awful football game. It perked up at the end but for most of the game both teams looked terrible. It shows how far the Bears have fallen this season that they had to struggle to beat a 2-6 team. And they couldn't run the ball against a defense that hasn't been able to stop the run at all. There have been calls all season for the Bears to give up on Cedric Benson and I am sure they will get louder now. He simply doesn't hit the hole fast enough for the NFL.

I have a feeling the Chargers are going to beat the Colts tonight. But who knows. They have been Jekyll and Hyde all season.

Likewise the Saints. Just when they seemed to have their act together, they go and lose to a winless Rams team.

It's still hard for me to believe the Packers are that good, but they keep winning. They really did a number on the Vikings today. I had that game on for a while, mainly to watch Adrian Peterson, but when the Packers got a sizable lead that effectively took him out of the game.

For anyone who saw the game, the Browns could have used one more timeout at the end.

>- If the Colts beat SD tonight, the Chiefs, Chargers, and Broncos will all be in first place with a record of 4-5. Good god...
