I see in your post to Hilmar that you are doing HL7. I'm just finishing up a large HL7 project. This was not a simple process. I am more than happy to share code blocks and my experience. There are many variables to the socket/port stuff that could make this somewhat complicated to find a "canned" EXE solution. Let me know if I can help though.
