Somewhat ambigeous answer here, but I guess this is another way of saying "Almost completely".

Yes I tend to agree with that 'definition'. However, there was also focus on the status, because it had become part of the issue since Andy used his status in that letter, thus impressing the head of the company. Do you think that this fact should not have been mentioned or should have been worked out in a different way?
