You probably already know about the Report Designer improvements. There are also a lot of improvements to the SQL language, making it possible to do a lot more with a single query.
I consider MemberData a big deal. It gives you, among other things, the ability to have your custom properties and methods, capitalized the way you want them.
Another that I use every day is the ability to substitute your own responses to menu items. In particular, I use the improved New Property/Method dialog written by Doug Hennig that comes as a sample.
I consider anchoring a big win, too. When I need resizable forms, I can determine their behavior without (much) special code.
The other item I use a lot is the CAST() function that lets me change data types on the fly.
I'm sure others will have other things they use all the time.
