if you have a VFP 9 app running under Vista and some forms lose their caption and controls at the top of the form, you need to set Border Style to Sizable.
One thing that Doug Hennig suggested at SWFox was to set your border style to Sizable, and then set you Min/Max height and width to the size of your window to prevent the user from sizing it.
