I've had no problem using USB under Virtual PC.

Craig,

I haven't used Virtual PC for a while now - I strictly use VMWare. So I'm not up to speed on all the functionality in VPC 2007 - however, after reading JB's reply to you (where he says that VPC doesn't support USB), I did some googling and came across some links (one from PluralSight, a pretty reputable resource):

http://www.pluralsight.com/blogs/jimw/archive/2006/10/12/40484.aspx

http://blog.falafel.com/2007/08/27/NoUSBSupportInMicrosoftVirtualPC2007.aspx

Now, I found another link that talks about additional software to provide USB support:

Again, I use VMWare because of the better performance and snapshot feature (which actually saved me a few weeks ago), so I don't know all the ins and outs of VPC. But I'm curious if I'm reading these links correctly, if JB was right, and if so, which USB devices (keyboard, mouse, or something else) are you able to use with VPC.

Thanks,
Kevin
