Deservedly so IMHO... and because it is a contestable process, the result carries a lot more weight IMHO. Agreed. It's unfortunate for Rainer, as he clearly has done a great, great deal....but the timing of this is a bit, well, take a guess on that one....and announced on the UT by an individual who's stock has fallen in the minds of some here.
