If Google Ads are on a website then it's no longer non-commercial, right? Using Google Ads Foxite generates substantial income for its owner. As I see it, it is not a non-commercial site.

By the way, I'm not siding with those who say it's not OK if a hyperlink is made to a commercial site. We are professionals, not hobbyists.
