I have exactly the same problem as you - did you ever solve it?

The weird thing about it is that when we run it on another machine that has the same settings on the print server (Report Form and properties) It chooses the correct printer and prints the first label correctly, the second one always skips 2 & 1/2 spaces and then prints the next one. If I go to the properties it is always set on Letter. We have to manually change it from letter to Meal Sample Tags. The Users are not wanting this. I know...Sucks to be me :-) I don't know what else to do.
