I have a cross tab in my report showing the summarize data from my datasource which shows the total for let say COL A and COL B.

In the cross tab it shows the total for the two columns. This worls fine.

I inserted a chart into the report using the crosstab as the source data and it displays the chart using COL A and COL B in the graph. This works fine.

But I wanted to show the total of COL A and COL B to be included in the graph, (Line Graph)but it seems I can't find a way to do this in Crystal.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm a little confused about something. When you initially designed the chart (showing A and B), was that a bar chart or a line chart?

Are you trying to create a bar chart that shows bars for A and B, and then a horizontal line that shows the sum of A and B.....or are you tring to show a pure line chart that shows a line for A, a line for B, and then a line for the sum?

Either way, I think the best thing to do is to create a calculated column in the datasource that's the sum of A and B.
