Although 32-bit Windows has the ability to run 16-bit apps, and 64-bit Windows has the ability to run 32-bit apps, Microsoft explicitly left out support for running 16-bit apps on 64-bit Windows (WoW64). So, as it is now, your app won't run on Win64.

One thing you could consider would be recompiling your app in a newer version of VFP (e.g. VFP9). Chances are the screens/forms won't look "slick" but it might not take too much effort to get a functional VFP9 version, which then would run on Win64.

You could also investigate Alejandro Sosa's conversion utility - Download#19282 if your current application is FoxPro/DOS.
