Sorry for the late answer.

Are you using the latest version of GdiPlusX ?
The ToPrinter() method was updated in the latest release, maybe you did not update ?

If you have the most recent version, I'd like to do some tests in private with you in order to make it work. Probably TOPRINTER() is not getting the correct paper dimensions, that's why the printing is not correct.

I've tested it with some few printers, inkjets from HP and EPSON, maybe there's something that we missed here.
