See if FAQ #21202 helps. You may need a custom paper/form size configured.
>I have a customer the needs to print their customer statements on wide dot matrix paper. The form size is 10.5" wide and 7.00" tall. I installed a new printer using the IBM ProPrinter driver. Then I created a new custom form in my Printers and Faxes server properties. I then set this as the default printer for the report. When I view the report in the report designer I see the whole report. If I print or preview the report however I'm only seeing the first 8.5" of the width of the report. I have also verified the current reportbehavior is 80. FWIW I tested it with reportbehavior of 90 with the same results. What am I missing?
