I've been trying to download VS2008 RTM since yesterday. I've been able to download up to 2GB of the 3.5+ GB iso image file, but the process aborts sooner or later.

Here's the funny thing, or pathetic, (whatever you want to call it would be appropriate): despite using a download manager, after the process fails, it won't resume from where it left it at, the download simply starts over!!

Some MSDN agent told me that is because of the many people trying to download it at the same time.
No kidding, amen mother.
Now it makes total sense.
I guess that next time, subscribers should coordinate efforts on who's to download first, establishing turns or stuff like that.
Sorry MSDN people, you took us all by surprise with this sudden new release.
