Ditto. I haven't been able to get past 35% so far. I've tried 4 times. DL Manager gives me some network connection failed error, and then tells me there has been a fatal error and the download will abort (no resume).

Nice that they tossed the old download manager that worked fine (and also let you throttle downloads in case you had limited bandwidth).

Crap.
