Apparently not judging from what I'm hearing here. Here in my office all the Vista machines have the new manager, but the lone XP machine has the old one (and I'm using it do download now).

Being out here just left of the middle of nowhere, we have to consider ourselves lucky to have wireless sort-of-broadband. We'll see cable and/or DSL sometime after the end of time. The DL manager is guesstimating around 13 hours for this to finish.
