Well, I've got it narrowed down to two different HD TVs....

Found one for $549 (if I get to the local store at 5 AM tomorrow). It's an Olevia 37 inch, HDMI, 1080 widescreen. Amazon ratings are good, average of 4 out of 5. (normally lists for 799)

Then I found a really nice one from Sharp, a 42 inch, HDMI, goes for $799. Ratings are almost perfect. (normally lists for 1499)

I'm not a big TV expert (basically, I just want HD to watch sports events in HD!) ;)

Is the extra $250 worth it? I don't follow brands, so I really don't know if Brand 'A' is much better than Brand 'B'
