Thank you Nicholas. It is November 22st. I have spent the last seven hours (plus one hour last night) cooking. Thank God we are only having four for dinner! :) The Turkey is in the oven and with about one more hour of preperation we will be ready to eat. Hurry up Turkey! :)

One thing that I learned about big holidays (or for any meal) is that it is best to sample what you like, enjoy the flavors and do not over do it. Many people have heart attacks after a big meal. I hope to be around for a few more holidays! :)
