Happy belated Thanksgiving to all. If you don't eat too much on Thanksgiving, you're not doing it right.

We had 13 here (which is small for us): roast turkey, bread stuffing, a new sweet potato recipe that was topped with pecans, zucchini casserole, homemade cranberry sauce, fruit compote, fall harvest salad, and maple pumpkin rolls (another new recipe, one I probably won't repeat).

Dessert was pumpkin pie, chocolate mint cream pie, lemon cake, and oatmeal cookies, with freshly whipped cream.

My refrigerator is stuffed with leftovers, though there was hardly any turkey left.
