In Norway most TV stations move their logo around between the programs to help avoid this. The fact that they do so, is itself a proof that this is a big problem.

>Well. What about brightness? They say plasma screens have more brightness and sharpness. Actually I cannot noticed that. But I just noticed Pinoeer's give more good image. But maybe it's a psychological impression because of Pioneer brand...

It's always a matter of taste, but also other factors will be important, like signal source, how light is it in the showroom compared to your living room and so on. Notice that most shops shwos cartoons which will make even a bad TV look good. One disadvantage with LCD TVs is that they have two vulnerable parts, namely the backlight lamps and the inverters which drive these lamps. In some never LCD TVs these two units are replaced by white LEDs which last "forever", but they are relatively expensive.
