Hi Al,

>I know it doesn't help your situation, but messing with workstation/server time (especially the server) on a domain is not a good idea - it sets my teeth on edge :-{ Without knowing the details of how you're configured all I can offer is that Group Policy on the server - likely for Machine accounts (not users) might be where you'd deal with this: http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/b43a025f-cce2-4c82-b3ea-3b95d482db3a1033.mspx?mfr=true

Thanks, I'll check that out. I have a theory that since this server (the entire network actually) does not have internet access and Windows is automatically configured to synch time with an internet site, mayb ethe server doesn't do a synch so it never sends out th eupdates to the workstations. I've found an article that tells me how to set the server to use its CMOS clock, so I'll try that out tomorrow and see if it works as well.
Frank.
