(How to read vfp DBC tables from Access, Excel etc)

This is it!! Microsoft Data Access Components 2.0 Redistribution Typical Setup is 6.2MB and now DOES allow vfp5 to be read from Access 97 etc.
However, there are still some tricks to play as MDAC does not cope with functions, stored UDF or vfp, in indexes. But you get around this by adding 'clean' local views to your DBC. I have documented this for the Files (Cleint/Server) area.
Thanks.
