Have you tried setting the printer and paper size before calling report form?
or are you relying on the settings stored in the FRX?

We have quite a large client using CITRIX and have not found a problem (other than their IT department not giving correct rights to users).

Our system uses SET PRINTER TO etc just before the REPORT FORM.
