I am going to enable my web application to support multi-lingual. I found that, VS 2005 provided tool to generate local resource. And the key generated is based on form.
Are there any tool to generate global resource, but not based on form? Any 3rd party tool? If not, I was thinking to write an utilities to do so. Is it possible? Any hint?
