Dear All,
Is there any way to draw on ImageCanvas class without using it's 'BeforeDraw' method ?
What would suit my needs, would be to simply grab reference to ImageCanvas graphics object and then do the drawings and other graphic operations from some place else (my prg based classes for instance).
So I have done exactly that;
I took one of GdiPlusX form samples and simply moved code from BeforeDraw method to a dummy button / click. (I just adjusted object hierarchy)
There is no error flushing but I cannot see drawings unless ;
A) crush method at the end (that accidentally showed me that drawing actually works from click as well!)
B) resize form manually.
So what am I missing here ?
Collecting peaces of GdiPlus puzzle;
There was FoxTalk article by Craig Boyd that I saw sometime
'...Resoving Paint problem' in title. I found few links
to that article but none of them worked. Looks like
article has been moved some place else. Aayone has copy of it saved somewhere or workable link to it.?
TIA
Sergio
