I have 3 offices in NY connecting to a central server using Citrix Presentation Manager - workstations connect into the server and run the app from the server - works very well - alothough printer settings can be a bit of a problem - costs about $500 per client licence

Alternatively - look at Go-Global at www.graphon.com - works same as Citrix but printer control is much better - we are trialling it now and we are thinking of running this in the UK and eventually replacing Citrix with it worldwide - costs about $350 per client licence
