I had a similar problem. It turned out to a corrupted Intellisense table. The problem went away after I openned the Intellisense Manager (tools menu), clicked on the Advance tab, openned the Maintenance dialog ("Clean Up..." button, and then clicked the "Restore FoxCode" button. The original one backed up and fresh copy is created.
