The only thing they are facing is the same thing they would face in any other country - deportation. Won't happen anyway. I think the story you referenced will be handled by the attorneys and it will in fact end by the couple staying since they were in fact awarded VISAs albeit as singles.

Just so I understand, are you actually saying that the immigration department's order to deport them makes sense?
