I made VFP start in my dev root and that fixed problem of crushing
resource file but I still don't get my last project openned up
when I start VFP. (I deleted all lingering foxuser files arround)

So now resource file is ok but VFP9 is not using it.
config.fpw has only
screen='OFF'
