Nilesh,
First be sure you are using VFP50a from Service Pack 3, as this fixes some of the printer problems.

Second, VFP stores printer information in the FRX file, and will use this information no matter what printer is the Win95 or WinNT default printer.

Open each report file as a table with
USE MyReport.FRX
and go to the first record. Blank the TAG and TAG2 fields. (First record only) Next open the EXPR field and remove any lines that refer directly to the printer such as "DEVICE=HP5". Leave lines that refer to orientation, page size, etc.

Unfortunately, you will have to do this whenever you update a report, as the printer information is ALWAYS saved.
