Just to be clear... you want to store your source code - in different VSS databases....right???

In order to create a VSS database, you need to go into the VSS administrator and select tools\create database. Then, when you create your projects, the VSS dialog will appear - prompting you for both the login and the database to use.

That is about the simplest way I know of to accomplish what you want to do..
