I have been producing html reports into the body of emails for about 5 years now. I use xfrx to produce the html from the VFP report and then the email DLL from Marshalsoft.

WARNING!!! If the person receiving the email is using the new version of MS Office you are screwed. It no longer uses IE to render the html in email. It uses Word and the report is trashed. We are in the process of changing over to attaching PDF files but still using the Marshallsoft DLL. It gets around using Outlook and all the really bad problems associated with it.
