First I didn't know the exact spelling of the guy's name (Schapiro - and there's another guy Shapiro who is a regular on NPR), then couldn't remember the title and of course I never know whether it was Fresh Air or what, because I never hear the beginning, when they repeat the answers to the most important questions of this decade, in case we didn't memorize them first hundred times (like "where does all the support for programming come from?", "this talking into a microphone was completely impossible until now, who made it possible?").
