Andy did not steal someones identity and act as them in a public forum. Andy did not commit any illegal acts at all.

Yes, Naomi logged on as Andy. Beyond that, your assessment is a bit sloppy.

"Stealing his identity" is a bit strong, and "act as them" is really misleading. Had Naomi made a single post or performed any intentional act of sabotage, that would be a completely different story.

Previously, Andy had made some statements that IMO were pretty over-the-top. He once referred to himself as Naomi's "Paymaster". And I'm not the only one who thinks that Marcia was rubbing her MVP status in Naomi's face.

I'm not making excuses for what Naomi did, it was very wrong....but I at least understand why Naomi did something very stupid out of personal paranoia. I'm not defending it - I gave her a hard time about it and told her to come up here and confess and set the record straight.

IMO, the actions that Naomi committed has reduced her to drivel in my eyes. There is nothing she can do or say at this point that would cause me to think of her as anything but a dishonest and dishonorable person. I will not have anything else to say about this but I just could not remain quiet while you go on and indicate that Andy is somehow dishonorable in any fashion of this situation. What Andy decides to do about what Naomi did to him is purely up to him and don't see that anything Andy has done indicates him being dishonorable at all.

To me, this is also about "damage" and "harm"....IMO, the Krameks caused far more harm.

If you want to hold your views on Naomi, that's your decision. But your message seems to indicate that you're giving the Krameks a free pass on this. They did something vindictive and crossed many lines. The fact that they sent letters after Andy stated in public that he considered the matter closed, coupled with the fact that the first letter was right after some online bickering between Naomi and Marcia, is hardly honorable.

But I think your views are one-sided. At least Naomi came up here and apologized and confessed. To date, I haven't seem the Krameks come up here and say one word about it. I think it's fair to say that several folks up here view the Krameks about the same way you view Naomi right now.

Question....hypothetically, if I learn something about you, are you saying it's not dishonorable if I send it to one of your clients or employers, so long as I have all the facts right?
