Tech support is usually helpful but code fixes are very slow in coming (IMHO). It seems that with the latest version, Win2000 systems will no longer print filled in forms. I can reproduce the error here but Amyuni cannot because they do not have my complete code set. The problem is probably something we are doing, but, heck, it worked until the last update. My second complaint is that fact that they do not rename the dll serially. When a new dll comes out, forms modified using it generally cannot be printed with a previous version of the dll. We are having very real problems determining which copy of the dll is actually registered on users machines. I believe this is called 'dll hell' and I have certainly descended into it.
