Well Cowboys do have their usual first round pick and they have Cleveland's first (cleveland wanted Brady Quinn). Unfortunately for the Cowboys Cleveland is much better then expected this year. If Cleveland finishes 7-9 I can see Dallas putting together a package next draft to move up. But like I said it's a long shot.
