So, simply using:
DO FORM myform && myform is a scx file
will tell the VFP to link a variable called 'myform' to the form object, which allows me to call myform.refresh.

Following that, does CLEAR WINDOWS clear the 'myform' variable also? Or
do we have to explicitly user myform.Release?
