My wife's father was a cop killed in the line. She doesn't like guns, but with all the home invasion
robberies, like Taylor's, she finally relented. I went out and bought a Mossberg Security 500 8 shot shotgun. I also bought a Mosion-Nagant 7.62 rifle. My kids enjoy shooting the shotgun.

One thing I can tell you is, if/when someone breaks int my home in the middle of the night, they've
got a rude awakening coming - in the form of eight 00 buck shells.

I'm sorry to hear about your wife's father. Being a cop is an honorable thing, and I especially hate to hear about cops dying in the line of duty.

We own a gun, and I agree. As much as I hate the concept of "having" to own one, I won't hesitate to double-tap if I have to.
