I really wish I knew the definitions for this classification here. Isn't Acadian/Cajun American? And does the first group (funny that "Other" is at top of the list) count Hispanic when foreign born, or "Hispanic - US citizen" as well? What is "United States or American" then?

IOW, this sort of statistics always makes me want to look at the questions asked, or else I'm not sure I can understand the meaning of the answers.
