Does that mean no firearms in the home? Or can the approved lock-up store (not sure what that is) be located in a home and if so, who approves it? Or is it a facility where you pay to store your weapon?
You cannot own a pistol unless you belong to a club? Wow. So, in NZ, weapons are pretty much for sport only?
